• We aim to display product information, colours, sizing, prices and specifications as accurately as possible.
• Colours may appear differently depending on screen settings, monitor calibration, lighting and image quality.
• Sizing and measurements are supplied as a guide only and may vary between brands, styles and garment batches.
• Product images are for reference and may show styling, fit or colour differently from the actual product.
• Product availability may change without notice and all offers are subject to stock availability.

• All orders are subject to acceptance, payment approval and stock availability.
• We may need to contact you if a product is unavailable, delayed, discontinued or substituted by a supplier.
• If an item is unavailable after your order is placed, we may offer an alternative, hold the order, refund the unavailable item, or cancel and refund the order if required.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order where there is a pricing error, stock error, payment issue, suspected fraud, incorrect product information or another reasonable issue.
• If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method where possible.

• All prices are shown in Australian Dollars.
• Prices on this website are plus GST unless otherwise stated.
• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include PayPal, Visa, Mastercard or other approved payment options.
• Orders are processed after payment has been received or approved.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing, product, freight or specification errors if they occur.

• Shipping is calculated according to the partner or supplier supplying the goods and the shipping rules shown on the website.
• Please refer to our shipping costs page for current shipping information.
• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on stock, supplier dispatch times, courier networks, weather, public holidays, peak periods and delivery location.
• We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather events, strikes, floods, supplier delays or other disruptions.
• If no one is available to receive a delivery, the courier may leave a card, attempt redelivery, return the parcel to depot or follow the courier’s delivery process.
• If you request authority to leave without a signature, you accept the risk of loss, theft or damage after the parcel has been left at the delivery address, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

• Printing and embroidery timeframes are additional to normal garment delivery times.
• Production time can vary depending on artwork quality, order size, garment availability and how quickly artwork proofs are approved.
• You are responsible for checking artwork proofs carefully before approval, including spelling, colours, placement, size and design details.
• Once a custom, printed, embroidered or decorated order has been approved and production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
• Custom, printed, embroidered or decorated products generally cannot be returned for change of mind, incorrect size selection or incorrect customer-supplied artwork, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Many products include price breaks based on quantity. To get the best price, you can usually mix colours and sizes within the same product style.

Different styles cannot be combined to reach a higher price break. Each style is priced separately unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Returns & Exchanges page and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition unless the goods are faulty or not as ordered.
• A restocking fee may apply to eligible change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
• Refunds are generally processed to the original payment method where possible.
• Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order details, photos where relevant and a clear description of the issue.

• You must not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, copy content for commercial use without permission, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
• Website content, including text, images, graphics, branding and product information, is provided for general information and online ordering.
